I had a bit of a wait on the phone but whoever answered was excellent. Explored in brief what was wrong, listened when I asked for late appointment and delivered. Was not really expecting the level of response I received, you exceeded this which put me at ease.

Long waiting time in the morning to make an appointment by phone . Had to hold for half an hour . The same story when called at 11am . Disappointing ..:

I have several complex issues, the reception and administration staff always treat me with respect and understand when I have a crisis. They are under pressure BT always find the time and patience to help me in whatever way they can. Dr Jende is my GP she is so supportive and understanding. She genuinely cares about both my daughter and me. Without her help I would not have come go understand my illness and treatment. I cannot thank all of the staff enough.

The reception staff are pleasant and helpful but are limited in what appts they can offer due to the high demand. I have always found the GPs and practice nurses very kind and efficient.

I'm not fond of background music in waiting areas (an age thing?) and I have found the temperature a bit excessive on occasions and I always aim for a seat near the windows. I have no real complaints. Everyone that I have had dealings with has been friendly and helpful. Just one thing I have thought of, when I last attempted to renew my prescription I could not access the website and ended up handing my request over the counter.
